The title of the toolS.O.S Game in Volleyball
The learning objective of the tool– Increasing the cooperation among the team members to achieve a goal together- Feeling the sense of being team and contributing to the common goal
Target GroupMin. 10 or 16 People, 2 Groups for the age group between 13 to 45 years old
Duration of the Tool30 Minutes
Preparation (Preparation before the implementation, needed materials etc.)Needed Materials: Balls up to participant number, 9 Rings and 10 Pins, Papers with S and O letters
Instructions to implement the tool1) Divide players into 2 groups. Each team is consisting of min. 5 and max. 8 people. They need to make a line behind a starting line. Also you need to locate 5 pins in the parallel to participants’ starting line. The general aim is to complete S or O according to their defined letter and reach S.O.S. The letter area should be stated in between the two teams with 3×3 Rings.  2) To reach the S.O.S rings, participants needs to strikes the 5 pins with bump pass which are located across their starting line. 3) How you can make a bump pass is with the help of another teammate. One should pass the ball and another should make the bump pass. Each player needs to be engaged with the bump pass phase (either the one throws the ball or make the bump pass). 4) After every 5 pins are destroyed, team members can reach the common rings to put either S or O or they can just block the opposite teams with the location of their letters. 5) The team that reaches 5 SOS wins the game.
