Commencer par un court \u00e9chauffement (trottiner, talons&#13;\nfesses, \u00e9tirements)&#13;\n2. Les joueurs sont assis au sol et peuvent se d\u00e9placer en&#13;\nutilisant n\u2019importe quelles parties de leurs corps pour garder la&#13;\nballe en jeu&#13;\n3. On joue sur un plus petit terrain et avec un plus petit filet que le Volley classique.&#13;\n4. 2 \u00e9quipes de 6 joueurs s\u2019affrontent&#13;\n5. Une partie se joue en 5 manches et la premi\u00e8re \u00e9quipe \u00e0&#13;\natteindre 25 points (ou avec 2 points d\u2019avance sur l\u2019\u00e9quipe&#13;\nadverse) gagne la manche.&#13;\n6. Les joueurs doivent rester en contact permanent avec le sol&#13;\n(avec la partie du corps des \u00e9paules aux fesses) lors de la touche de balle. Il est interdit de se mettre debout, de se relever ou de faire des pas vers le ballon.
