The title of the toolFootball Challenge
The learning objective of the tool– To raise awareness of mutual understanding- To promote gender equality and cooperation- To promote team play- To raise awareness of the importance of the communication between the teams- To teach the participants to care for their teammates- To raise awareness of combating differences between people and integration
Target GroupMin. 10 or 20 People, 2 Groups for the age group between 15 to 30 years old

Preparation (Preparation before the implementation, needed materials etc.)Ask the participants to come with sport clothes and shoes. Needed Materials: A4 papers, markers, ribbons or paper tape, bibs, football ball, football pitch, water, whistle
Instructions to implement the toolFor the first stage the trainer has to prepare A4 papers for airplanes and markers for their names. S/He has to tape their hands by the paper tape. For the football play the trainer has to ensure that the football pitch is free ad has to prepare bibs, whistle and more paper tape. Its better if there is water provided after the game. In this workshop participants will be divided in couples through group splitting game. They will make two lines facing each other. Every two people who are in front of each other will be a couple. Than the couples have to make an airplane, without speaking and also one hand per each participant is blocked. So one is working with left hand and the other one is working with his right. Afterwards a contest will be organized on order to make the couple to work better together. They have to name their airplane and than they have to trow their paper airplane as far as they can.After this activity the participants in the couples will be a real partners. The Altrieuropei Football Challenge is based on football but people are not playing alone but in couples. So they have to cooperate and think for their partner and for their team at the same time. Teams will play for 20 mins and than a referee will stop the game and ask the teams to reconsider their strategy for 5 mins. Than again 20 mins of playing.In the end of the workshop the trainer will make a debrief. S/He will put all participants to sit down so they will be calm and able to share how they felt during the game. The debriefing is crucial for this workshop to understand the values behind sport and that it is not only for professional sport.
