6. Instructions to implement the tool 
Divide the participants into groups, ask them to assign a leader, and choose the name of their group.  Also, 2 referees should be elected by the teams at the beginning of the game.  Inflate two balloons and tie them around each player’s ankles with a rope.  The object of the game is to pop the other player’s balloons by pressing on them while protecting their own balloons.  Tie players’ hands behind their backs to limit pushing and shoving.  The team that pops the most balloons wins the game.
