Instructions to implement the tool– The rules of sitting volleyball are based on the rules of classic volleyball, with some modifications.
– Start with a little warm up.
Players are sitting on the floor and moving around with all the parts of their body to keep the ball in play.
Sitting Volleyball is played on a smaller court and with a lower net than Volleyball. 
It is played in best of 5 rounds the first team to reach 25 points (with at least a two point  lead) wins the round.
