Preparation (Preparation before the implementation, needed materials, etc.) | – Room/gymnasium – Volleyball Ball – Volleyball Net – Speaker (optional but it’s better with music!) – Comfortable clothes |
Instructions to implement the tool | – The rules of sitting volleyball are based on the rules of classic volleyball, with some modifications. – Start with a little warm up. – Players are sitting on the floor and moving around with all the parts of their body to keep the ball in play. – Sitting Volleyball is played on a smaller court and with a lower net than Volleyball. – It is played in best of 5 rounds the first team to reach 25 points (with at least a two point lead) wins the round. |
