6. Instructions to implement the tool

Participants are divided equally into two groups, male and female. Teams may have players with special needs.

Each team is given a disposable spoon and ping pong ball.

In each team, the players line up one after the other, and each player waits his turn with his own spoon.

The first player, holding the spoon handle in his mouth while the ping pong ball is in the spoon, runs to the designated target and returns to the starting point without dropping the ball from the spoon.

The player returning to his team must pass the ball to the next participant without dropping the ball (holding it in his mouth) and without touching the ball. Teammates continue the game in the same way.

If someone drops the ball, they go back to the beginning and try the game again. The first team to reach the goal in the shortest time wins the game.
