To be aware of how difficult it is to pe-netrate with one’s approach if someone else has chosen another/ reverse way of communication in the situation. To have a superficial knowledge of the appreciative inquiry. To reflect on how to communicate in everyday life in a way that makes both you and the people around you benefit from it. To reflect on how to communicate in everyday life in a way that creates de-velopment rather than stagnation and conflict. |
