The learning objective of the toolThe practice of this sport solicits all the parts of the body (arms, chest, legs…) and requires concentration and dexterity.It’s a complete outdoor activity and is ideal for self-control and control of emotions.The practice of this dicipline is beneficial for health and doesn’t require any particular aptitude.
Target GroupPeople in NEET (women), people with less opportunities
Duration of the ToolIt takes about 2 hours to complete a full 18 holes with 3 players
Preparation (Preparation before the implementation, needed materials etc.)A field/big room
Disc Golf material (the basket and the disc)
Instructions to implement the toolEach player have one ‘disc’ and have to try to throw it in the basket each turn. You can’t throw the disc in the basket on the first round so you have to replay from the landing point of each throw, until reach the basket
