To better understand the learning needs of the Adult Educators, Sport Coaches/Trainers in 4 countries to design the “IO1 – Sport for Soft Skill Development in Adult Education Manual”, the local need analyses are conducted by partnership consortium’s assigned researchers and administrative staff. Two methods are used to assess the local needs. These methods are selected as Round Table Meetings and Surveys.
These analyses are held during the Covid-19 Pandemic so hybrid means of implementations are realized. As a result of this phase, we reached 76 Adult Educators/Sport Coaches and 62 people in NEET with the implementation of local round tables in 4 countries.
With the implementation of surveys, we collected data regarding women’s low participation in sport activities and the main obstacles for their participation in education,employment or training activities. In total, 288 women in NEET are reached with the implementation of surveys.
