Instructions to implement the tool | FiTennis combine tennis movements and cross fit movement. It’s practiced without ball and without rival.Put motivating music on the speakerStart the warm up, stretching, toodle…Alternate between cross fit movements (crunch, squats, jumpings, sheathing)And tennis movements (tennis service, smash, swing..)Don’t forget to rest after each circuit training (1min) |
